The 8×1 Photonic Crystal Mechanical Optical Switch (Model: OSW-8X1-LMA5) is a high-performance 8-input to 1-output mechanical optical switch designed for optical communication test systems and laboratory applications. Manufactured by Coreray Optical Communication, this device utilizes advanced fiber-to-fiber coupling technology to support an ultra-wide wavelength range of 400–1700nm, making it perfectly compatible with photonic crystal fibers (LMA-5). This mechanical optical switch employs a precision motor-driven structure combined with dual control modes (RS232 and TTL) to achieve fast and stable optical path switching. Insertion loss is kept below 15dB, while return loss exceeds 40dB, ensuring high-fidelity signal transmission.

The switch features 8 input ports and 1 output port. Inputs use FC/APC narrow-key connectors, and the output uses an FC/PC narrow-key connector.
